Emails is the default view in My Day. It brings important messages and AI-drafted replies into one place so you can review and handle them quickly. Connect Gmail or Outlook from More → Integrations. After the mailbox finishes syncing, SuperIntern monitors new mail and surfaces messages that need your attention.

Review important email

Each card summarizes the message and why it may matter. Open a card to read the original email and, when available, review the reply SuperIntern prepared. From the email view you can:
  • Review active and completed items
  • Open older drafts that have cleared from the active list
  • Mark an item done when you handled it elsewhere
  • Restore a completed or older item to the active list
  • Refresh the list to check for newly synced mail

Work with a drafted reply

When SuperIntern prepares a reply, open the email to review the draft. You can edit the recipients, subject, and body before sending it from your connected account. Changes are saved as you work. If you edited the draft directly in Gmail or Outlook, sync it from the provider before continuing in SuperIntern. You can also ask SuperIntern to revise a draft in chat:

Draft a new email

Select Draft an email at the top of the Emails view, then tell SuperIntern who the message is for and what it should say. SuperIntern prepares the draft for your review.

Drafting preferences

Use Drafting preferences to teach SuperIntern your writing style, manage reply automation, templates, rules, signatures, and other drafting behavior.

Email Categorization

Email Categorization is separate from drafting preferences. Select Categorization settings from the Emails view to organize new Gmail and Outlook messages with labels and inbox actions. See Email Categorization for setup details.
