SuperIntern is an AI intern that plugs into your calendar, inbox, meetings, chats, and daily tools. Once set up, it can prepare you for meetings, take notes, draft follow-ups, track tasks, and remind you when something needs attention.

Set Up SuperIntern

1

Create your account

Go to superintern.ai and sign in. After your account is created, SuperIntern opens a guided setup flow and welcomes you to start delegating.
2

Name your intern

Give your intern a name and choose an avatar. This name appears in the app and is how you will refer to your intern when delegating work.
3

Connect your calendar

Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. This helps SuperIntern plan your day, understand upcoming meetings, and join calls when needed. You can also skip this step for now.
4

Preview your next meeting

After your calendar is connected, SuperIntern syncs your upcoming events and checks for your next meeting. If a supported meeting is found, you can invite SuperIntern to join, take notes, summarize decisions and action items, and draft a follow-up email.
5

Connect your first tools

Add tools you want SuperIntern to act across. During onboarding, the first tools are Gmail, Outlook Mail, Notion, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn. You can connect one or more, or skip this step and add tools later.
6

Choose a plan

Pick a Starter plan or continue with the free plan. Paid plan options are monthly, 3 months, and yearly, and you can change your plan later from billing settings.
7

Use SuperIntern on the go

Connect Telegram if you want to send quick messages, voice notes, photos, and receive reminders from your phone. You can also skip this step and use the web app first.
8

Tell SuperIntern what you need

Select the main ways you want to use SuperIntern, such as managing emails, taking meeting notes and handling follow-ups, managing todos and reminders, writing social posts, saving time with AI automation, or using AI in messaging apps. Then continue into the app.

What Starts Working

Once setup is complete, SuperIntern can begin helping across the areas you connected.

CalendarRead your schedule, answer questions about upcoming events, and help schedule or move meetings.

Try These First

After setup, try asking for something real:
What's on my calendar tomorrow?
Prep me for my next meeting.
Remind me to review the Q2 report tomorrow at 9am.
Draft a reply to John's email saying I'll be 10 minutes late.

Make It More Personal

SuperIntern gets better when it knows how you work. Send a short message like this:
I'm a founder in Singapore. My work hours are 9am to 6pm.
I care most about investor updates, hiring, and customer follow-ups.
Help me stay on top of email, meetings, and reminders.
Useful details to share:
  • Your role, company, and timezone
  • Your working hours and meeting preferences
  • Which contacts or projects are most important
  • What kinds of emails should be urgent
  • Which meetings SuperIntern should join or skip
  • How you prefer follow-ups to sound
