Core Principles
Your data stays yours
SuperIntern uses your data to complete your tasks. We do not sell your data.
Encrypted by default
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cached integration data receives an additional encryption layer.
Access is limited
Internal access is restricted. For debugging, support should be scoped to the specific session or issue.
You control connections
You choose which tools to connect and can disconnect them later.
Encryption & Infrastructure
- In transit — communication is protected with TLS 1.2+.
- At rest — stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
- Sensitive integration data — tokens and cached platform data are protected with additional encryption where applicable.
- Infrastructure — SuperIntern runs on Google Cloud with access controls and operational monitoring.
For the most complete legal and compliance language, refer to the public Security & Privacy page and Privacy Policy on the SuperIntern website.
What We Store
| Data Type | Why It Exists | How Long It Is Kept |
|---|---|---|
| Account information | Sign-in, billing, preferences, and account management | For the lifetime of your account, plus legally required retention where applicable |
| Chat history | Conversation continuity, context, and user-requested task execution | For the lifetime of your account unless deleted; older conversations may be removed by retention rules |
| Memories | Personalization and better future responses | Until deleted or updated |
| Calendar and meeting data | Meeting prep, notes, reminders, and follow-up workflows | Based on product retention rules and user deletion controls |
| Integration tokens | Acting on connected services with your permission | Until you disconnect the integration |
| Task execution logs | Debugging, reliability, security, and product operation | Up to 12 months where needed for debugging, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement |
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your prompts or conversations to train AI models unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We do not ask for passwords to connected services.
- We do not take actions in connected apps unless the action is part of your instruction, enabled automation, or configured workflow.
Connected Tool Security
Most integrations use OAuth or a provider-specific authorization flow. SuperIntern stores the access needed to operate the integration, not your account password. You can disconnect tools from the web app. Disconnecting a tool stops SuperIntern from using that account for future actions.Data Controls
You can manage data and privacy from the web app:- Connected tools — open Integrations to connect or disconnect services.
- Privacy & data controls — open Settings → Account → Privacy & Data to delete old data or delete all supported stored data for your account.
- Individual chat sessions — delete conversations from the chat/session list when available.
- Memories — ask SuperIntern to forget specific information, or manage memory from the relevant memory/knowledge surfaces when available.
- Account deletion or data deletion requests — use account privacy settings or contact support.
