Your calendar is the best first connection because it tells SuperIntern what is happening, when it matters, and who is involved. Without a calendar, SuperIntern can still answer messages and run tasks. With a calendar, it can become proactive.

What Calendar Access Unlocks

Meeting awareness

SuperIntern can see upcoming events and answer questions about your day.

Meeting prep

It can prepare context before calls, including attendees, timing, and relevant follow-ups.

Meeting notes

Pair calendar access with the meeting bot to join supported Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meeting links, take notes, and generate summaries.

Follow-through

After meetings, SuperIntern can turn decisions into action items and draft follow-up emails.

Supported Calendars

SuperIntern supports:
  • Google Calendar for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts
  • Outlook Calendar for Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts
During onboarding, you can connect either one. You can also add or remove calendar access later from integrations or the Meetings page.

What Happens After You Connect

After your calendar is connected, SuperIntern checks your upcoming meetings and shows a preview of what it can do.
1

Sync upcoming meetings

SuperIntern syncs upcoming events from your connected calendars so it can understand your next meetings.
2

Find the next meeting

If a meeting is coming up, SuperIntern shows the event, time, and meeting platform when available.
3

Invite SuperIntern when useful

You can invite SuperIntern to join supported Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting links, take notes, and summarize the meeting afterward.
4

Review the output

After the meeting, SuperIntern can produce notes, decisions, action items, and a follow-up email draft for your review.
If you do not have an upcoming meeting during setup, that is fine. SuperIntern will be ready when your next meeting appears on your calendar.

Ask Your Calendar

Try these after connecting:
What's on my calendar tomorrow?
Prep me for my next meeting.
Schedule a 30-minute sync with the design team Thursday afternoon.
Move my 2pm meeting to 4pm and let the attendees know.

Privacy Notes

Calendar access is used to help SuperIntern answer scheduling questions, prepare for meetings, and take meeting-related actions you request. You can disconnect calendar access at any time. For more details, see Privacy & Security.
