WhatsApp turns SuperIntern into a personal assistant that lives in your pocket. Your intern appears as a regular WhatsApp contact — message it like you would a real assistant, and it answers, acts, and follows up from there.
New to SuperIntern? Walk through Your Personal Assistant on WhatsApp — a five-minute tour of reminders, email alerts, sending replies, and teaching your intern how to handle your inbox.

Setup

You can connect WhatsApp during onboarding, or at any time from the web app:
  1. Click the WhatsApp icon in the Platforms row at the bottom of the sidebar (or open the WhatsApp platform from More → Integrations).
  2. Follow the prompts to link your WhatsApp number — a chat with your intern opens in WhatsApp.
  3. Send your first message to confirm the link.
Once connected, the WhatsApp icon in the web app sidebar turns green.

What You Can Do

In your WhatsApp chat, every message goes straight to your intern — no commands or mentions needed:
Reminders you set on WhatsApp are delivered back to you as WhatsApp messages at the scheduled time, and SuperIntern can message you proactively when an important email needs your attention.

Voice Notes, Photos, and Contacts

You don’t have to type. On WhatsApp you can also send:
  • Voice notes — speak a request and your intern transcribes and acts on it
  • Photos — snap a document, receipt, or whiteboard and ask about it
  • Contact cards — share a contact so your intern can save it and use it later

What Stays in Sync

Memories, tasks, reminders, and contacts created on WhatsApp are shared across all your connected channels. Ask for something on WhatsApp, check its status on the web, and pick the conversation back up on Telegram — everything lives in one place.
Reminders are always delivered to the channel you were using when you created them. A reminder set on WhatsApp arrives as a WhatsApp message.
