Inbox vs. Direct Publish
The inbox flow is the safer default: your intern sends the content to TikTok, you get a notification, and you control when it goes live. Direct publish posts immediately — useful when content is pre-approved.Unaudited TikTok API clients have direct-publish posts restricted to private visibility by default.
