# TikTok

> How SuperIntern uploads videos and photos to TikTok on your behalf from the My Day page.

Connect your TikTok account and your intern can upload videos and photos directly to TikTok as [action items](/my-day/action-items) on your My Day page.

## What Your Intern Can Do

**Videos**

* Upload a video to your **TikTok inbox** — you receive a notification in the TikTok app to review, edit, and post it yourself
* Publish a video directly to your account (goes live immediately, subject to TikTok moderation)

**Photos**

* Upload a photo carousel to your inbox for review
* Publish photos directly to your account

**Multi-account**

* Supports multiple connected TikTok accounts; your intern uses the default account unless you specify otherwise

## Inbox vs. Direct Publish

The **inbox** flow is the safer default: your intern sends the content to TikTok, you get a notification, and you control when it goes live. **Direct publish** posts immediately — useful when content is pre-approved.

  Unaudited TikTok API clients have direct-publish posts restricted to private visibility by default.
