# Billing
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/billing
How SuperIntern billing works — credit-based plans, what consumes credits, checking your balance, and common questions.
SuperIntern uses a **credit-based system**. Credits are consumed when your intern takes actions — sending messages, running tasks, joining meetings, and calling tools.
## Plans
100 free credits every day (up to 700/month). No payment required — just sign up and start.
3,000 credits/month included, plus 100 free credits every day with no monthly cap. \$30/month, or save with quarterly (10% off) or annual (20% off) billing.
See [superintern.ai/pricing](https://superintern.ai/pricing) for current plan details.
## Daily Free Credits
Every account — including the Free tier — receives **100 free credits each day**. On the Free plan these are capped at 700 credits per month. On the Starter plan there is no monthly cap on daily free credits, so active users accumulate up to 3,000 extra credits per month on top of their plan allowance.
## What the Starter Plan Includes
* **3,000 credits/month** from your subscription
* **100 free credits/day** (up to 3,000 extra/month, no cap)
* \~600 auto-drafted emails, or \~60 hours of meetings with recap & follow-ups, or \~150 social media posts with images
* 1,000+ integrations and the no-code skill editor
* Access to beta features and priority support
## How Credits Work
| Action | Credit Cost |
| ------------------------------------------ | ----------- |
| Sending a message or email | Low |
| Running a workflow step | Low |
| A [heartbeat](/intern/heartbeats) check-in | Low |
| Generating an image | Medium |
| Joining and summarizing a meeting | Medium |
| Long-form research or multi-step tasks | Medium–High |
Subscription credits reset monthly. Daily free credits refresh every 24 hours.
## Checking Your Balance
Open the [Billing page](https://app.superintern.ai/billing) in the web app to view your current balance and usage history.
## FAQ
Your intern warns you when your balance is low. At zero, actions pause until your daily free credits refresh or your monthly allowance renews.
Yes — purchase additional credits any time from your billing settings without changing your plan.
Monthly (\$30/month), quarterly (\$27/month, billed \$81 every 3 months), or annual (\$24/month, billed \$288/year).

# Chat on Discord
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/chat/discord
Add SuperIntern to your Discord server or DMs — delegate in channels, use ambient mode in DMs, and keep an AI teammate in every thread.
SuperIntern runs as a bot in Discord. Add it to your server and your whole team can delegate tasks, get answers, and automate work right inside your existing workspace.
***
## Setup
1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Discord** in the web app.
2. Click **Add to Discord** and authorize the bot for your server.
3. Choose which channels the bot can read and write in.
4. Start chatting — mention the bot in any authorized channel.
Once authorized, the Discord icon in the web app sidebar turns green.
***
## In a Server Channel
Your intern responds when mentioned with @:
```
@YourIntern what's the status of this week's tasks?
```
```
@YourIntern summarize the last 20 messages in this channel.
```
```
@YourIntern send a weekly update email to the client with these bullet points: [paste]
```
```
@YourIntern set a reminder for the team: sprint review is Friday at 2pm.
```
Only messages that @mention your intern trigger a response — it won't interrupt normal conversation in the channel.
### Channel permissions
Your intern only participates in the channels you authorized during setup. To add or remove channels, go back to **Settings → Integrations → Discord** and update the bot's permissions.
***
## In a DM
For personal tasks, open a direct message with your intern. In DMs it responds to every message without needing a @mention:
```
Remind me at 9am tomorrow to review the product spec.
```
```
What did we discuss in #engineering about the API migration?
```
```
Draft a reply to the email from Jake — keep it professional and short.
```
***
## Ambient Mode (DM only)
In DMs, enable Ambient Mode so your intern monitors passively and only responds when it detects something relevant — a commitment, an open question it can help with, or a deadline approaching:
```
Enable ambient mode.
```
Message the bot directly to return to normal mode:
```
Disable ambient mode.
```
***
## Threads
Your intern handles Discord threads. When it responds inside a thread, it keeps that thread's context separate from the main channel — useful for long-running discussions or task-specific conversations that shouldn't pollute the main feed.
***
## What Stays in Sync
Tasks, memories, sessions, and contacts created in Discord sync with the web app and all other connected channels. Your intern has the same context regardless of where you're talking to it.
***
## Tips for Discord Servers
Create a dedicated **#intern** channel and give the bot write access only there. This keeps AI responses out of human-only discussions while making the bot easy to find.
In large servers, restrict the bot to channels where it's actively used. Fewer authorized channels means less noise and cleaner permissions.
# Chat on Telegram
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/chat/telegram
Use SuperIntern on Telegram — private chat, group bots, ambient mode, topics, and reminders delivered right where you already message.
Telegram is the most popular way to use SuperIntern day to day. Run it in a private chat for personal delegation, or add it to a group to help your whole team.
***
## Setup
1. Search for **@SuperInternBot** on Telegram, or click the link shown in **Settings → Integrations → Telegram** in the web app.
2. Start a chat and send `/start`.
3. Follow the prompts to link your SuperIntern account.
Once linked, the Telegram icon in the web app sidebar turns green.
***
## Private Chat
In a private DM with your intern, every message you send is a command — there's no need to mention or tag it. Your intern responds to every message as your personal assistant, available 24/7:
```
Draft a LinkedIn post about our launch and show me before posting.
```
```
What's on my calendar tomorrow?
```
```
Remind me at 6pm to call the office.
```
```
Search for the latest news about our competitor and summarize it.
```
Reminders you set in Telegram are delivered back to you as Telegram messages at the scheduled time.
***
## Group Chat
Add your intern to a Telegram group to assist the whole team. In groups, the bot only responds when mentioned with its handle — this keeps it from interrupting every message in a busy channel:
```
@YourIntern summarize the decisions we made in this thread.
```
```
@YourIntern create a task for John: finish the wireframes by Wednesday.
```
```
@YourIntern what did we decide about the API timeline last week?
```
### Adding the bot to a group
In Telegram, open any group and add **@SuperInternBot** as a member. Your intern starts responding to @mentions immediately — no additional setup needed.
***
## Ambient Mode
In private chats, you can enable Ambient Mode. Your intern monitors the conversation passively and only speaks up when it detects something truly relevant — a commitment you made, a deadline, a question it can answer. It stays quiet the rest of the time.
```
Enable ambient mode.
```
To return to normal mode (responding to every message), message the bot directly:
```
Disable ambient mode.
```
Ambient Mode is designed for private chats where you want passive monitoring without interrupting your own flow. It's not available in groups.
***
## Topics
SuperIntern supports Telegram's group topics. Each topic carries its own context — different topics can run different ongoing tasks or track separate workflows. Your intern keeps topic conversations separate and won't bleed context from one topic into another.
There is a per-plan limit on the number of simultaneous topic connections. See [Billing](/billing) for details.
***
## What Stays in Sync
Sessions, tasks, memories, and contacts created in Telegram are fully synced with the web app and all other connected channels. Start a research task in Telegram, check its status in Discord, review the result on the web — everything lives in one place.
***
## Useful Commands
| Command | What it does |
| -------- | ------------------------------------ |
| `/start` | Link your account or restart the bot |
| `/help` | List available commands |
For everything else, just talk naturally — commands are rarely needed.
Keep your intern in Telegram even if you use the web app regularly. Telegram is the fastest way to send a quick delegation without opening a browser.
# Chat on the Web
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/chat/web
A full guide to the SuperIntern web chat — sessions, skills, file uploads, sharing, search, and keyboard shortcuts.
The web app at [superintern.ai](https://superintern.ai) is the richest way to talk to your intern. No syntax to learn — type what you want and your intern figures out the rest. The chat page is split into two panels: a sidebar for your conversation history and a chat view for the active session.
***
## Starting a Conversation
Click **New Chat** in the sidebar or press **⌘⇧O** (Mac) / **Ctrl+Shift+O** (Windows) to open a fresh session. Type naturally:
```
Draft a response to the email from Mark and send it.
```
```
Search the latest news on AI regulation and summarize it.
```
```
Create a Google Doc summarizing today's tasks and share the link.
```
Your intern handles the full request — answering questions, taking actions, and running multi-step work end to end. Sessions are named automatically after your first exchange, and the name appears in the sidebar and the header.
***
## Skills
Skills give your intern specialized abilities — a LinkedIn skill for social drafting, a CRM skill for contact management, a research skill for deep searches. On a new chat, pick a skill from the **Installed Skills** selector in the chat input; inside a conversation, your installed skills appear as chips in the chat header.
### Selecting a skill
Click a skill chip to activate it. The selected skill turns green with a checkmark. Your intern uses that skill's toolset and context for the conversation.
Click the same chip again to deactivate it and return to the general superintern mode.
### Switching skills mid-conversation
You can switch skills at any point in a conversation. Click a different chip and your next message runs against the new skill. This is useful when you want to start a task in one skill's context and then hand off to another.
### More skills
If you have more than five skills installed, a **+N more** chip appears. Click it to expand a popover with the full list — all skills are searchable and selectable from there.
### Skill warnings
A skill chip shows a warning triangle if something is missing — an integration that isn't connected, a browser extension not installed, or a permission not granted. Click the triangle to see what's needed and connect it on the spot.
### Installing new skills
Click **Install Skills** (visible when no skills are installed) or go to **My Intern → Skills → Public Skills** to browse and install skills. See [What Is a Skill?](/skills/what-is-a-skill) for the full overview.
***
## The Chat Input
### Sending messages
Type in the input field and press Enter or click the send button. Your intern responds in real time with a streaming reply.
### Uploading files
Click the attachment icon to upload documents, images, PDFs, or other files. Your intern can summarize, extract information from, or work with the file:
```
Summarize this PDF and pull out the action items.
```
```
Look at this screenshot and tell me what's wrong.
```
```
Use this CSV to build a summary report.
```
### Stopping generation
Click the stop button while your intern is responding to cancel the current generation. Useful if a response is going in the wrong direction and you want to redirect.
***
## Conversation History
Your past conversations appear in the sidebar, grouped by recency:
* **Today** — sessions from today
* **Yesterday** — sessions from yesterday
* **Last week** — sessions from the past 7 days
* **Earlier** — everything older
Click any session to resume it. Your intern loads the full message history and is ready to continue where you left off.
### Searching history
Press **⌘K** (Mac) / **Ctrl+K** (Windows), or click the Search icon in the sidebar. Type to search across all your past sessions. Results update as you type (with a short debounce delay) — press Enter to search immediately.
Press Escape or click X to close search and return to the full history view.
### Filtering by skill
Click the filter icon in the sidebar to show only sessions associated with a specific skill. A dot appears on the filter icon when a filter is active. Click **Clear** in the popover to remove the filter.
### Renaming a session
Hover over a session in the sidebar and click the more options menu, or use the edit icon in the chat header next to the session name. Type the new name and press Enter to confirm.
### Deleting a session
Open the **⋮** menu in the chat header and click **Delete**. Deleted sessions are removed permanently.
***
## Sharing a Conversation
You can share any conversation as a read-only link — useful for sending a transcript to a colleague or saving a snapshot of a long session.
Open the **⋮** menu in the chat header:
* **Create Share Link** — generates a shareable URL and copies it to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can view the conversation.
* **Copy Share Link** — copies an existing share link again.
* **Revoke Share Link** — disables the link so it no longer works. Useful if you shared a link and need to rescind access.
***
## Message Feedback
Each assistant message shows like and dislike buttons. Use them to signal whether the response was helpful — your intern uses this feedback to improve over time.
For more specific feedback, click the dislike button to open a short form where you can describe what went wrong.
***
## Example Questions
When a skill is active, the chat area may show example questions for that skill — common things to ask that demonstrate what the skill can do. Click any example to pre-fill the input and send it with one click.
***
## Session Options Menu
The **⋮** button in the top-right of the chat header contains additional actions:
| Option | What it does |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Manage Installed Skills | Opens the skills drawer to add, remove, or configure skills |
| Duplicate Skill | Creates a copy of the currently active skill in your Creator Center (only available for skills you own) |
| Create / Copy Share Link | Generates or copies a read-only link for the current session |
| Revoke Share Link | Disables an existing share link |
| Delete | Permanently deletes this conversation |
***
## Read-Only Mode
When viewing a shared conversation, the chat is in read-only mode — you can see the full transcript but cannot send new messages. A banner at the bottom indicates this state.
***
## Connecting Messaging Platforms
At the bottom of the sidebar, your connected messaging channels are shown as icons. A green icon means connected; grey means not connected.
Supported platforms:
| Platform | Status |
| -------- | ----------- |
| Telegram | Available |
| WeChat | Available |
| Discord | Available |
| Slack | Available |
| iMessage | Coming soon |
| LINE | Beta |
Click any platform icon to connect it. Once connected, you can chat with your intern directly from that app — your sessions, skills, and memory all stay in sync. See the per-platform guides for setup details:
Private chat and group bots with ambient mode and topic support.
Server channels, DMs, and thread-aware responses.
Connect via QR code — full task and reminder support.
***
## Keyboard Shortcuts
| Shortcut | Action |
| ------------------ | ------------------- |
| ⌘⇧O / Ctrl+Shift+O | New chat |
| ⌘K / Ctrl+K | Search chat history |
| Enter | Send message |
| Escape (in search) | Close search |
***
## Tips
* **The more context you give, the better the result.** Instead of "send email," say "send a brief, professional follow-up to Sarah about the contract we discussed."
* **Use skills for specialized tasks.** General questions work fine without a skill, but complex workflows — social management, CRM lookups, browser automation — are significantly more powerful when the right skill is active.
* **Start on the web, then move to mobile.** The web app is the best place to set up integrations, configure skills, and review settings before you start using your intern on Telegram or Discord.
# Chat on WeChat
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/chat/wechat
Use SuperIntern on WeChat — connect by QR code and chat with your intern right inside WeChat, with full task, reminder, and memory support.
WeChat support is currently in **Beta**. Core chat, tasks, and reminders work today; some advanced features are still rolling out. [Report a bug](/contact#report-a-bug) if you hit anything unexpected.
SuperIntern supports WeChat for users who primarily communicate there. Connect once and your intern is available as a WeChat contact — no app switching required.
***
## Setup
1. Go to **Settings → Integrations → WeChat** in the web app.
2. A QR code is shown on screen.
3. Open WeChat on your phone and scan the QR code.
4. A new contact or official account conversation opens — start chatting.
Once connected, the WeChat icon in the web app sidebar turns green.
***
## What You Can Do
Your intern responds to every message in your WeChat conversation — just talk naturally:
```
Draft a message to my client about the project timeline.
```
```
Set a reminder for tomorrow at 9am: review the weekly report.
```
```
What tasks do I have open?
```
```
Summarize the email from Jake and suggest a reply.
```
```
What's on my calendar today?
```
Reminders you set in WeChat are delivered back to you as WeChat messages at the scheduled time.
***
## What Stays in Sync
Memories, tasks, and contacts you create in WeChat are shared across all your connected channels. Start a task in WeChat, check its status in Telegram, review the result on the web — everything stays in sync.
***
## Limitations in Beta
Some features available on the web app or Telegram are not yet supported in WeChat:
* **File and image uploads** — coming soon
* **Ambient mode** — not yet available
* **Group chat support** — not yet available
* Some **skill-specific capabilities** may behave differently
If you rely on these features day to day, the web app or [Telegram](/chat/telegram) are the most complete channels.
Reminders are always delivered to the channel you were using when you created them. A reminder set in WeChat arrives as a WeChat message.

# TG Broadcast Notifications
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/enterprise/tg-broadcast-notifications
Send announcements to many Telegram groups at once — with tag-based targeting, acknowledgment tracking, automatic reminders, and information collection.
Broadcast Notifications let you send one message to dozens or hundreds of Telegram groups in a single action. Target groups by tags, schedule the send time, track which groups have acknowledged, remind the ones that haven't, and collect information (emails, phone numbers, form responses) back from every group — all from one dashboard.
Typical uses: release announcements, maintenance notices, policy updates, deadline reminders, and collecting details from a fleet of customer or project groups.
Broadcast Notifications is a beta feature and requires an active subscription. Find it in the web app under **More → TG Notification**, or go directly to **Dashboard → Broadcast Notification**.
***
## Before You Start
Broadcasts are delivered by your intern's Telegram bot, so two things must be in place first:
1. **Connect Telegram** — your bot must be set up under **Settings → Integrations → Platforms → Telegram**.
2. **Add and tag your groups** — every group you want to reach must be added under **Telegram → Groups** (the **Telegram Groups** button on the Broadcast page takes you straight there), and the bot must be a member of each group.
### Tag your groups
Targeting is entirely tag-based, so tagging is the foundation of the whole feature. Each group carries tags organized into **tag groups** — for example a `Type` tag group (`Customer Support`, `Notification`) and a `Batch` tag group (`1`–`5`). Tag groups marked with `*` are required; groups missing required tags are flagged with a **Missing Required Tags** warning in the group list.
Design your tag groups around how you'll want to slice your audience: one tag group for the kind of group (support, announcements, internal), another for cohort/batch/region. You can then target any combination.
***
## How Targeting Works
When creating a notification you pick **Target Tags**. The matching rule is:
* **OR within the same tag group** — selecting `Batch 2` and `Batch 3` targets groups in *either* batch.
* **AND across tag groups** — selecting `Batch 2` and `Customer Support` targets groups that are in Batch 2 *and* tagged Customer Support.
* **Exclusion tags** — groups carrying any exclusion tag are removed from the audience.
If no tags are selected, the notification is not sent to any group — there is no implicit "send to everyone."
You can also set separate **Reminder Target Tags** to narrow where reminders go. If you leave them empty, reminders go to the same groups as the initial notification.
***
## Create a Notification
Click **Create Notification** on the Broadcast page and fill in:
| Field | What it does |
| ------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Title** (optional) | For organization and search — recipients don't see it |
| **Notification Content** | The message, up to 4,096 characters (Telegram's limit) |
| **Send Time** | When to deliver, shown in local time and UTC |
| **Collect acknowledgments** | Attach an acknowledgment button to the message |
| **Acknowledgment Button Text** | Custom button label, e.g. `ACK`, `Done`, `Completed` |
| **Reminder Message** | Custom text for reminders; empty uses a default based on the original |
| **Reminder Frequency** | How often to remind groups that haven't acknowledged (minutes/hours/days) |
| **Number of Reminders** | How many reminders to send; `0` disables reminders. Use **Calculate from End Time** to derive the count from a deadline instead |
| **Target Tags** | Which groups receive the notification |
| **Reminder Target Tags** | Optionally narrow which groups receive reminders |
To attach **images**, create the notification first, then open it with **Edit** — the edit drawer lets you upload images (with captions) that are delivered alongside the message.
***
## Approve and Send
A newly created notification is a **draft** — nothing is sent until you approve it. This gives you a review step between writing and delivery.
1. Review the draft card (content, send time, targeted tags).
2. Click **Approve**. A notification without any target tags cannot be approved.
3. At the scheduled send time, the message is delivered to every targeted group. If the send time is already in the past, delivery starts right away.
Each notification card shows its status:
| Status | Meaning |
| ------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Draft** | Created but not approved — will not send |
| **Approved** | Approved; sends at the scheduled time, then collects acknowledgments |
| **Completed** | All groups acknowledged, or you marked it complete manually |
| **(Overdue)** | Send time has passed and the notification isn't completed yet — usually it's still waiting on acknowledgments |
***
## Track Delivery and Acknowledgments
Open any notification with **View** and switch to the **Tags & Delivery Status** tab. You'll see a per-group breakdown with a summary line like *"1 acknowledged • 7 sent • 7 total"*.
For each group you can see:
* **Sent / Pending ACK / Acknowledged** status with timestamps
* **Who acknowledged** — the Telegram user who tapped the button, with a link to their profile
* How many times the message has been sent (initial send + reminders)
Per-group actions let you **send a reminder now**, **retract the message from that group**, or **open the group in Telegram Web**. You can also **refresh all delivery statuses** and **export the delivery status as CSV** for reporting, in either grid or table view.
### What recipients see
The message arrives in the group from your intern's bot, with the acknowledgment button attached (if enabled). Any member taps the button to acknowledge on behalf of the group — the button disappears and the dashboard records who acknowledged and when.
### Reminders
Reminders are sent automatically on your configured frequency, **only to groups that haven't acknowledged yet**, and stop after the configured number of reminders. When every targeted group has acknowledged, the notification is automatically marked **Completed**.
***
## Collect Information
Beyond acknowledgments, a notification can carry a **collection request** — a prompt for each group to submit a piece of information (a phone number, an email, a form link response).
1. Open the notification and go to the **Collect Request** tab.
2. Click **Create Collection Request** and enter the request text, e.g. *"Please enter Phone Number"*.
3. The request is sent together with the notification (and its reminders) — use the Send/Remind actions in the **Tags & Delivery Status** tab to deliver it.
Group members reply in the group, and your intern records each group's response. The Collect Request tab shows a live table of every targeted group and its collected response, exportable as CSV.
***
## Templates
For recurring announcements, use the **Templates** tab:
* **Save as Template** — turn any existing notification into a reusable template (from the notification detail view).
* **Create Template** — build one from scratch.
* **Generate from template** — pick a template and give the AI a short prompt (e.g. *"v2.3 release, adds SSO support, maintenance window Friday 9pm UTC"*); it writes the notification content in the template's structure and creates a ready-to-review draft.
Templates keep their tags, reminder settings, and acknowledgment options, so a generated notification only needs a content review, send time, and approval.
***
## Other Actions
From the notification detail view:
* **Retract** — delete the delivered messages from Telegram, either from all groups or selectively by tags. This cannot be undone.
* **Manual Complete** — stop reminders and mark the notification done even if some groups haven't acknowledged.
* **Copy share link** — every notification has a public, read-only status page you can share with stakeholders who don't have dashboard access. **Regenerate share link** invalidates the old link.
* **Learn** — add the notification's content to your intern's knowledge base, so it can answer follow-up questions about the announcement in any conversation.
* **Delete** — remove the notification record entirely.
### Agent Cases
If group members reply to a broadcast with questions or issues, your intern can open **Agent Cases** to track the follow-up. The **Agent Cases** tab on each notification shows cases generated from that broadcast, and the **Agent Cases** button on the Broadcast page opens the full case dashboard.
### GitHub releases
The **Releases on GitHub** button links to the GitHub integration. With the GitHub App installed, your intern can turn release notes into broadcast drafts — handy for announcing new versions to all customer groups.
***
## Manage Broadcasts by Chatting
You don't have to use the dashboard — your intern has broadcast tools built in. In any chat with your intern (web or Telegram), try:
```
Create a broadcast for all Batch 2 and Batch 3 groups: "Maintenance this Friday 9pm UTC".
Send it tomorrow at 10am, collect acknowledgments, and remind daily up to 3 times.
```
```
Which groups haven't acknowledged the maintenance notice yet?
```
```
List my broadcast notifications that are still incomplete.
```
Notifications created by chat are also drafts — they still require your approval in the dashboard before anything is sent.
A good rhythm: draft by chat while the details are fresh, then approve from the dashboard after a quick review of content and targeting.
# API
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/api
Use the SuperIntern API to send messages, trigger actions, and build automations — get an API key, follow rate limits, and integrate with your stack.
The SuperIntern API lets you send messages to your intern, trigger workflows, and integrate SuperIntern into your own applications.
## Getting an API Key
1. Go to **Settings → API** in the SuperIntern web app
2. Generate a new API key
3. Store it securely — you won't be able to view it again
Keep your API key secret. Do not commit it to version control or expose it in client-side code.
## Sending a Message
Send a message to your intern and get a response:
```bash theme={null}
curl -X POST https://api.superintern.ai/v1/chat \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"message": "What tasks do I have open today?",
"session_id": "my-app-session-1"
}'
```
## Use Cases
* **Automation triggers** — Send a message to SuperIntern when an event happens in your system (e.g., new Stripe payment → "Send a thank-you email to \[customer]")
* **Scheduled jobs** — Trigger a workflow from your own scheduler
* **Custom interfaces** — Build your own front-end on top of SuperIntern's capabilities
## Rate Limits
API requests count toward your credit balance. High-frequency automation should be designed with credit consumption in mind.
For detailed API reference documentation, visit the API reference section (coming soon).
The SuperIntern API is available on Pro and Max plans.
# Integrations Page
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/dashboard
Connect data sources, external services, and chat platforms from the Integrations & Platforms page — search the catalog, authorize accounts, and manage existing connections.
The **Integrations & Platforms** page is where you connect SuperIntern to the tools you already use and the chat channels where you want to reach it. Open it from **More → Integrations** in the top navigation.
The page has two tabs: **Integrations** for data sources and external services, and **Platforms** for chat channels.
## The Integrations Tab
This tab lists every service your intern can connect to:
* **Category sidebar** — filter by **All**, **By SuperIntern** (native integrations), or **Third Party**, or jump to a specific category like Accounting, AI Agents, or Analytics.
* **Search** — find any integration in the catalog by name.
* **Integration cards** — each card shows the service, a short description of what connecting enables, and its connection status.
### Connecting and Managing
The buttons on each card depend on its state:
| Button | What it does |
| --------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Connect** / **Authorize** | Starts the OAuth or app-install flow for that service |
| **Manage** | Opens settings for a connected integration (for example, choosing accounts) |
| **Disconnect** | Removes the connection and revokes SuperIntern's access |
Integrations that support multiple accounts — such as X (Twitter) and TikTok — show the connected accounts on the card, and **Manage** lets you add or switch between them.
## SuperIntern Integrations
The **By SuperIntern** section lists integrations built and maintained by the SuperIntern team. They connect directly to each service through its official API, are tested and updated automatically, and cover the tools your intern uses most:
* **Calendar & Email** — Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly
* **Social Media** — X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok
* **Productivity & Developer Tools** — Notion, GitHub, Cursor
These are the recommended way to connect core services — see [By SuperIntern](/integrations/first-party) for what each one enables.
## Third-Party Integrations
The **Third Party** section is a searchable catalog of 250+ external services, bridging SuperIntern to apps that aren't natively supported — CRMs, databases, accounting tools, cloud storage, and more. Browse it by category from the sidebar (Accounting, AI Agents, Analytics, and many others) or use search.
Connecting works the same way: click **Authorize**, complete the service's OAuth flow, and the integration's tools become available to your intern instantly. If a third-party connection expires, re-authorize it from the same card. See [Third-Party Integrations](/integrations/third-party) for the full guide.
If a service appears in both places, prefer the SuperIntern version — native integrations are more deeply integrated and maintained automatically.
## The Platforms Tab
Platforms are the chat channels where your intern can receive and respond to messages: **Telegram**, **WeChat**, **Discord**, and **Slack**.
Select a platform in the sidebar to see its connection flow — for example, Telegram uses a **Connect Account** button and offers **Groups** and **Skill Config** settings, while WeChat connects by scanning a QR code. See the per-platform guides for details: [Telegram](/chat/telegram), [Discord](/chat/discord), [WeChat](/chat/wechat).
Everything you connect is governed by SuperIntern's [privacy and security](/start-here/privacy-and-security) rules — only the tokens needed to act are stored, and you can revoke access from this page at any time.
# By SuperIntern
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/first-party
Integrations built and maintained by the SuperIntern team — chat platforms, calendar, email, social media, and productivity tools that connect directly without third-party middleware.
SuperIntern-native integrations connect directly to each service through their official APIs. They're tested, kept up to date automatically, and form the core of what your intern does every day.
## Chat Platforms
These appear under the **Platforms** tab on the Integrations page. Each channel lets your intern receive messages and reply in that environment.
| Platform | Notes |
| -------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- |
| [Web App](/chat/web) | Full-featured chat with history search and file uploads |
| [Telegram](/chat/telegram) | Personal DM, group chats, and ambient background mode |

| GitHub | Repository access, issues, PRs, and code search via GitHub App installation |
| Notion | Read and update pages and databases |
| Cursor | Connect your Cursor IDE so your intern can assist with code context (API key) |
SuperIntern-native integrations are updated automatically — you never have to maintain them. For services not listed here, see [Third-Party Integrations (Composio)](/integrations/third-party).
# MCP
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/mcp
Connect any custom tool or internal system to SuperIntern using the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with setup steps, use cases, and example servers.
The **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** is an open standard that lets you connect custom tools and data sources to SuperIntern. If a tool doesn't have a native integration, MCP lets you build one.
## What Is MCP?
MCP is a protocol that defines how AI agents communicate with external tools. By exposing your tool as an MCP server, SuperIntern can call it just like any built-in tool.
## Connecting an MCP Server
1. Set up an MCP-compatible server for your tool
2. Go to **Settings → Integrations → MCP**
3. Enter your MCP server URL and credentials
4. SuperIntern will discover the available tools automatically
Once connected, your custom tools are available to SuperIntern in chat just like native tools.
## Use Cases
* **Internal APIs** — Connect your company's internal systems (CRM, ticketing, databases)
* **Custom workflows** — Expose proprietary business logic as a tool
* **Third-party services** — Add integrations not natively supported
## Example
If your company has an internal ticket system, you can expose it as an MCP server. Once connected, you can ask SuperIntern:
```
Open a new support ticket: customer can't log in, priority high, assign to the on-call engineer.
```
```
What open tickets are assigned to me?
```
## Resources
* [MCP Specification](https://modelcontextprotocol.io) — Official MCP documentation
* [MCP SDK](https://github.com/modelcontextprotocol) — Build an MCP server in your language of choice
MCP integration requires technical setup. If you need help connecting a custom tool, contact us at [support@superintern.ai](mailto:support@superintern.ai).
# Integrations Overview
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/overview
How SuperIntern connects to your stack — chat platforms, first-party data sources, and a catalog of third-party services via Composio.
Integrations are how your intern reaches beyond chat to act in the tools you already use. Every integration you add gives your intern a new set of abilities.
## How the Integrations Page Is Organized
The [Integrations page](/integrations/dashboard) (**More → Integrations** in the top navigation) has two top-level tabs:
Connect data sources and external services — Google Calendar, Outlook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, GitHub, Notion, and hundreds more via the Composio catalog.
Connect chat channels where your intern can receive and respond to messages — Telegram, Discord, Slack, iMessage, WeChat, and more.
## Integration Types
Built and maintained by the SuperIntern team — direct OAuth connections to the services your intern uses most.
A searchable catalog of 250+ external services, powered by Composio. Connect anything that isn't natively supported.
## For Developers
Programmatic access to your intern.
Connect custom tools via the Model Context Protocol.
## Managing Integrations
Go to **More → Integrations** in the web app to:
* Add or remove integrations
* View connection status and re-authorize expired tokens
* Revoke access at any time
Everything you connect is governed by SuperIntern's [privacy and security](/start-here/privacy-and-security) rules: only the tokens needed to act are stored, and your data is never sold or used to train models.
## Coming Soon
More integrations ship regularly. Follow the [Changelog](/changelog) for updates.
# Third-Party Integrations
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/integrations/third-party
A searchable catalog of 250+ external services powered by Composio — connect anything not natively supported, from CRMs and databases to communication tools and cloud storage.
The **Third Party** section of the Integrations page is powered by [Composio](https://composio.dev), a service that bridges SuperIntern to hundreds of external apps through a unified OAuth flow. If a tool you need isn't in the [By SuperIntern](/integrations/first-party) list, it's almost certainly in the Composio catalog.
## Connecting a Third-Party Integration
1. Go to **More → Integrations** in the web app.
2. Select the **Integrations** tab, then choose a category from the sidebar (or stay on **All**).
3. Search for the service you want, or browse by popularity.
4. Click **Authorize** — you'll be taken to that service's OAuth screen in a new tab.
5. Once authorized, the integration appears in your **Connected** list and its tools become available instantly.
To disconnect, click the trash icon on any connected integration from the same screen.
## Browsing by Category
The sidebar organizes the catalog into categories such as:
* **Communication** — email providers, messaging apps
* **Productivity** — project management, note-taking, documents
* **Developer Tools** — version control, CI/CD, monitoring
* **CRM & Sales** — customer relationship and sales platforms
* **Finance** — accounting, invoicing, payments
* **Cloud Storage** — file hosting and syncing services
* **Social Media** — additional social platforms beyond native integrations
## What's Not in the Catalog
The following are excluded from the Composio catalog because they're handled by SuperIntern's native integrations: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Calendar, Discord, Telegram, Slack, and Outlook. Connect those under [By SuperIntern](/integrations/first-party) for the best experience.
## Re-authorizing Expired Connections
Tokens from third-party services expire. When a connection shows **Expired** in your connected list, click **Re-Authorize** to refresh it. You can also bulk-remove all expired connections at once using the **Delete Expired** button at the top of the connected list.
Pair a Composio integration with a [custom skill](/skills/how-to-create) to build automated workflows that span multiple services — for example, pulling data from a CRM and drafting a follow-up email.
# CRM & Contacts
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/intern/crm
SuperIntern keeps a lightweight CRM — it remembers the people you work with, their context and history, and uses it to personalize every interaction.
Your intern keeps a lightweight CRM of the people you work with. It remembers who they are, how they relate to you, and the history of your interactions — then uses that context to personalize everything it does on your behalf.
## What Your Intern Remembers About Contacts
* **Identity** — name, role, company, and how to reach them
* **Relationship** — how they connect to you ("co-founder", "key client", "my manager")
* **History** — past emails, meetings, and commitments
* **Preferences** — how they like to communicate ("prefers Slack over email")
## Adding and Updating Contacts
Just tell your intern — it builds the record from conversation:
```
Add a contact: Mei Lin, design lead at Acme, prefers Slack. We met at the Q3 kickoff.
```
```
Update Mei's record: she's now the Head of Design.
```
```
Note that John always wants meeting summaries within an hour.
```
## Using Contacts in Action
Because your intern knows your contacts, it personalizes automatically:
```
Draft a follow-up to Mei about the design review — match her preferred tone.
```
```
Who did I meet with last week, and what did I promise them?
```
```
Find everyone at Acme I've talked to this month.
```
## Contacts Power Everything Else
Contact context flows into email, meetings, and reminders. When your intern drafts a message or preps you for a meeting, it pulls the relevant person's history so you're never caught flat-footed.
Your CRM is private to your account and protected by the same rules as everything else. See [Privacy & Security](/start-here/privacy-and-security).
# Heartbeats
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/intern/heartbeats
Heartbeats are SuperIntern's proactive pulse — scheduled background check-ins where your intern reviews your world and acts before you ask.
Heartbeats are what make your intern *proactive* instead of reactive. On a regular schedule, your intern wakes up in the background, reviews your inbox, calendar, and tasks, and decides whether anything needs your attention — or action.
## What Happens on a Heartbeat
During each heartbeat, your intern can:
* Scan for new email and important messages
* Check upcoming meetings and prepare briefs
* Surface [action items](/my-day/action-items) on your My Day page
* Fire due [reminders](/my-day/todos-and-reminders) and follow up on open [scheduled tasks](/tasks)
* Send you a digest if something needs you
Nothing is sent or changed without respecting your settings — heartbeats surface suggestions and run the automations you've approved.
## Configuring Heartbeats
Control how often and how actively your intern checks in from **Settings**:
```
Run heartbeats every morning at 8am.
```
```
Only ping me during work hours, 9 to 6, weekdays.
```
```
Pause heartbeats this weekend.
```
## Quiet Hours
Set windows where your intern works silently — it still observes and prepares, but holds notifications until you're available.
Pair heartbeats with a connected [calendar](/start-here/why-calendar) for the biggest payoff: meeting prep and scheduling nudges arrive exactly when they're useful.
More frequent heartbeats mean a more attentive intern but consume more credits. See [Billing](/billing).
# Memory & Project Data
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/intern/memory
How SuperIntern remembers — long-term memory, short-term context, daily notes, and project data that make your intern smarter the more you use it.
Your intern maintains memory across conversations so it never starts from scratch. It remembers your preferences, past instructions, and the context behind your work.
## Types of Memory
### Long-Term Memory
Durable facts that persist indefinitely:
* Your name, role, city, and preferences
* Instructions you've given ("always keep emails under 150 words")
* Important people and context ("John is my co-founder")
### Short-Term Context
Context from recent conversations — what was discussed and done — that naturally fades as newer conversations take its place.
### Daily Notes
A running scratchpad that resets each day. Your intern uses it to track things within a single day without cluttering long-term memory.
```
Add a note: finished the investor deck draft.
```
```
What's in today's notes?
```
## Project Data
Project data is shared, structured context your intern keeps about an ongoing effort — a launch, a client, a campaign. Unlike personal preferences, project data is about the *work*: goals, key people, status, and reference material your intern pulls in whenever the project comes up.
```
Start a project called Q3 Launch. The goal is to ship by September 30.
```
```
Add to the Q3 Launch project: design owner is Mei, eng owner is Raj.
```
```
What's the current status of the Q3 Launch project?
```
## Creating and Managing Memories
```
Remember: I prefer bullet points over paragraphs in summaries.
```
```
What do you remember about me?
```
```
Update: my title is now Head of Product, not Product Manager.
```
```
Forget the rule about keeping emails under 150 words.
```
## How Memory Shapes Behavior
Your intern automatically loads relevant memory and project data as context on every request — no reminding needed. Tell it once that you always BCC your assistant, and it does so every time it sends mail.
## Privacy
Memories and project data are stored securely and accessible only to your account. Delete any of it at any time. See [Privacy & Security](/start-here/privacy-and-security).
# Settings: Rules & Persona
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/intern/settings
Shape how your intern behaves — set its persona and voice, and define standing rules it follows automatically on every action.
Two settings shape how your intern shows up: its **persona** (who it is and how it sounds) and its **rules** (what it always does or never does). Set them once and they apply to every conversation and action.
## Persona
The persona defines your intern's identity and voice — its name, tone, and personality. It's how the intern sounds when it writes an email, replies in a group, or talks to you directly.
```
Set your persona: friendly and concise, a little witty, never stiff or corporate.
```
```
Change your name to Alex.
```
```
When writing on my behalf, match my casual tone and keep things short.
```
## Rules
Rules are standing instructions your intern obeys automatically, without being reminded each time:
```
Always keep emails under 150 words.
```
```
Always BCC my assistant on external emails.
```
```
Never send anything on my behalf without showing me first.
```
## Viewing and Editing
```
What rules do I have set?
```
```
Remove the rule about BCC'ing my assistant.
```
You can manage both persona and rules from the **Settings** page in the web app, or just talk to your intern.
## How They Interact with Memory
Persona and rules are durable preferences applied to everything. They live alongside [Memory & Project Data](/intern/memory), which holds the facts and context your intern remembers about you and your work.
Start with one or two rules that matter most. Adding too many at once can pull your intern in conflicting directions.
# Overview
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items
Action items are drafts and alerts your intern prepares and surfaces in the Action Items tab of My Day for your review.
Action items are things your intern has prepared or noticed that need your attention. They show up in the **Action Items** tab of [My Day](/my-day/overview) — the default tab when the page opens — and stay there until you mark them done.
***
## Types of Action Items
Action items are grouped into three categories, which you can filter using the **All** dropdown at the top of the Action Items tab.
### Alerts
Time-sensitive notifications your intern wants to flag — things that may need your attention or a quick decision.
### Emails
Draft emails your intern has composed on your behalf. Each item shows the recipient, subject line, and a preview of the body.
### Social
Draft posts and comments your intern has prepared for your connected social accounts — Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter/X. Each item shows the platform, the account, and a preview of the draft content.
Examples:
* *Instagram comment draft — @youraccount* — a reply your intern wrote to a recent comment on your post
* *LinkedIn post draft* — a post ready for your review before it goes live
***
## Reviewing an Item
Each action item shows:
* **Platform icon** — where it came from (Gmail, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
* **Title** — what the draft or alert is about
* **Preview** — a snippet of the content
* **Priority** — High, Medium, or Low
* **Timestamp** — how long ago it was created
When you're done with an item, click **Mark done**. Completed items move out of the active view but can be restored with **Back to active** if needed.
***
## Filtering and Sorting
Use the controls at the top of the Action Items tab to manage the list:
* **Filter by type** — All, Alerts, Emails, Social, or Todos
* **Sort** — By priority (default)
* **Show / Hide completed items** — toggle to see items you've already marked done
* **Date picker** — jump to a previous day to review its items
***
## Related
* [Todos & Reminders](/my-day/todos-and-reminders) — things you've explicitly asked your intern to track
* [Scheduled Tasks](/tasks) — longer multi-step automations your intern runs on your behalf
* [Calendar & Meetings](/my-day/calendar-and-meetings) — your schedule and meeting controls
* [Settings](/intern/settings) — standing rules about what your intern can act on without asking
* [Integrations](/integrations/third-party) — connect social and email accounts to get more action items
# Alerts
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items/alerts
Alerts are read-only notifications your intern surfaces when something needs your awareness — mark them done when you've seen them.
Alerts are informational items your intern surfaces when something happens that you should know about. Unlike email or social action items, alerts have no draft to edit or action to take — they're for your awareness only.
***
## What Triggers an Alert
Alerts are created when your intern notices something worth flagging across your connected accounts and tools — a notable event, an update on something you're tracking, or a time-sensitive notification.
***
## Reviewing an Alert
Click an alert to read the details. When you're done, click **Mark done** to clear it from your list.
That's all there is to it — alerts don't have edit, send, or approval steps.
***
## Filtering
To see only alerts, use the **All** dropdown at the top of the Action Items tab and select **Alerts**.
# Email
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items/email
How SuperIntern drafts email replies and surfaces them as action items you can edit and send directly from the My Day page.
Connect your Gmail or Outlook account and your intern will draft replies to emails that need your attention, surfacing them as [action items](/my-day/action-items) on the My Day page.
***
## Opening an Email Action Item
Click any email action item on the My Day page to open the detail dialog. At the top you'll see:
* **Priority** — High, Medium, or Low
* **Provider badge** — Gmail or Outlook, linking to the draft in your inbox
* **Status** — e.g. *Needs Review* when it's waiting on you
***
## The Draft
Email action items show an **AI-Drafted Reply** — a complete email your intern has written, ready to send. The draft includes:
* **From** — your connected email address (read-only)
* **To** — pre-filled from the original email, editable
* **Cc / Bcc** — hidden by default, click to add
* **Subject** — editable
* **Body** — a rich text editor with formatting (bold, italic, headings, lists, links, attachments)
Changes are **auto-saved** as you type — you'll see a *Saved* indicator when it's up to date.
### Received Email
If the draft is a reply to an incoming email, a collapsed **Received Email** section appears above the draft. Click it to expand and read the original message for context.
### Sync from Provider
If you've edited the draft directly in Gmail or Outlook, use **Sync from \[Provider]** to pull in the latest version from your inbox.
### Apply Template
Use **Apply template** to replace the body with one of your saved email templates, then customize from there.
***
## Sending
When you're ready:
* **Send** — sends the email immediately from your connected account
* **Mark done** — closes the item without sending (useful if you handled it elsewhere)
* **Delete** — removes the action item entirely
### Edit with AI
Not quite right? Click **Edit with AI** and tell your intern what to change:
> *Make it more concise and remove the second paragraph.*
Your intern revises the draft and the new version appears automatically. You can edit with AI as many times as needed before sending.
***
## Draft States
| State | What it means |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| AI-Drafted Reply | Draft written by your intern, ready to review |
| Sent | Email was sent — shows the sent timestamp, no further edits |
| No longer available | The draft was deleted or sent directly from your inbox — shows the last known snapshot |
***
## Setup
Connect from **Settings → Integrations** and link your Gmail or Outlook account. Once connected, your intern begins monitoring your inbox and will surface email action items during its next review cycle.
# LinkedIn
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items/linkedin
How SuperIntern drafts, posts, and manages LinkedIn content from the My Day page.
Connect your LinkedIn account and your intern can create and manage posts, comments, and reactions on your behalf as [action items](/my-day/action-items) on your My Day page.
***
## What Your Intern Can Do
**Posts**
* Draft a post for your review, or publish it immediately
* Attach images to a post
* Edit or delete existing posts
* Post as your personal profile or as an organization page you admin
**Comments and reactions**
* Comment on a LinkedIn post (or reply to an existing comment)
* Edit or delete a comment
* React to posts (Like, Praise, Appreciation, Empathy, Interest, Entertainment)
**Analytics**
* Pull engagement stats on a post (impressions, reactions, comments, etc.)
***
## Drafts vs. Direct Posts
When your intern drafts a post, it appears as a **Needs Review** action item. Review and edit the text inline, then **Publish**, **Edit with AI**, or **Delete Draft** from the action item dialog.
***
## Setup
Connect from **Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn**.
Commenting and reactions require the LinkedIn Community Management API. If those actions fail with a permissions error, reconnect your account from Integrations to grant the required scopes.
# TikTok
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items/tiktok
How SuperIntern uploads videos and photos to TikTok on your behalf from the My Day page.
Connect your TikTok account and your intern can upload videos and photos directly to TikTok as [action items](/my-day/action-items) on your My Day page.
***
## What Your Intern Can Do
**Videos**
* Upload a video to your **TikTok inbox** — you receive a notification in the TikTok app to review, edit, and post it yourself
* Publish a video directly to your account (goes live immediately, subject to TikTok moderation)
**Photos**
* Upload a photo carousel to your inbox for review
* Publish photos directly to your account
**Multi-account**
* Supports multiple connected TikTok accounts; your intern uses the default account unless you specify otherwise
***
## Inbox vs. Direct Publish
The **inbox** flow is the safer default: your intern sends the content to TikTok, you get a notification, and you control when it goes live. **Direct publish** posts immediately — useful when content is pre-approved.
Unaudited TikTok API clients have direct-publish posts restricted to private visibility by default.
***
## Setup
Connect from **Settings → Integrations → TikTok**.
# Twitter / X
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/action-items/twitter
How SuperIntern drafts and publishes Twitter / X content from the My Day page.
Connect your Twitter / X account and your intern can draft, post, and manage tweets on your behalf as [action items](/my-day/action-items) on your My Day page.
***
## What Your Intern Can Do
**Posting**
* Draft a tweet for your review, or post it immediately
* Attach images, videos, or GIFs
* Quote-tweet or reply to an existing tweet
**Managing existing tweets**
* Edit a published tweet or an unposted draft
* Repost (retweet) or like a tweet on your behalf
* Delete a tweet
***
## Drafts vs. Direct Posts
By default your intern posts immediately. If it drafts instead, the action item shows up in a **Needs Review** state with a **Publish** button — edit the text if needed, then publish or delete it.
Once published, the action item moves to **Done** and shows the tweet alongside a **View on X** link and a **Delete Tweet** button.
Editing a published tweet requires a Twitter Premium account. Drafts can always be edited before publishing.
***
## Setup
Connect from **Settings → Integrations → Twitter / X**.
# Calendar & Meetings
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/calendar-and-meetings
See your schedule in the Calendar tab of My Day, get meeting briefings, and send SuperIntern's bot into calls to record and summarize them — all in one click.
Once your calendar is connected, your upcoming events appear in the **Calendar** tab of [My Day](/my-day/overview). Your intern also preps you before calls, can attend meetings as a bot, and delivers summaries with action items afterward.
## Connecting Your Calendar
Your intern needs calendar access to show your schedule and join meetings. Connect it during onboarding or from **More → Integrations** in the top navigation.
See [Why Connect Your Calendar?](/start-here/why-calendar) for everything calendar access unlocks.
***
## The Calendar Tab
The Calendar tab shows:
* **Meetings** — each event's title, time, and platform, with a date picker to view other days
* **Auto-join toggle** — have your intern's bot join every accepted meeting automatically
* **Join button** — appears on any event with a supported video link
* **Reminders** — reminders you've set in chat or via Telegram
* **View all meetings** — jumps to the full Meetings page
Your intern refreshes this view automatically. If a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled, the My Day page updates without you doing anything.
Ask about your schedule in chat any time:
```
What's on my calendar today?
```
```
When's my next free hour this afternoon?
```
```
Do I have any conflicts this week?
```
```
What meetings do I have tomorrow?
```
***
## Pre-Meeting Briefings
Before a meeting starts, your intern can prepare a briefing — a short summary of who's attending, relevant context from past conversations or emails, and open items that might come up.
```
Brief me before my 3pm call with the design team.
```
```
Who's on the meeting at 2pm and what's the agenda?
```
```
What did we discuss last time with the Acme team?
```
Briefings pull from your email, previous meeting notes, and anything your intern knows about the attendees through your [CRM](/intern/crm).
***
## Sending the Bot to a Meeting
For any event with a supported video link, click **Join** in the Calendar tab to send your intern's bot into the call. You attend the meeting; your intern handles the notes:
1. Share a meeting link with your intern, or send the bot from the Calendar tab.
2. The bot joins as a participant under a name you choose.
3. After the call, it processes the recording.
4. You receive a summary with key decisions and action items, surfaced in the [Action Items](/my-day/action-items) tab.
You can also send the bot from chat:
```
Join my 3pm Google Meet and take notes.
```
```
Join this meeting and take notes: https://meet.google.com/abc-defg-hij
```
### What the Summary Includes
* **Title and duration**
* **Key discussion points**, organized by topic
* **Decisions made**
* **Action items**, with owner and deadline when mentioned
* **Full transcript** (optional)
### Naming the Bot
```
Set the meeting bot name to "SuperIntern Notes".
```
Other participants see the bot join under this name. Let your team know in advance.
### Supported Platforms
| Platform | Status |
| --------------- | --------- |
| Google Meet | Supported |
| Zoom | Supported |
| Microsoft Teams | Supported |
| Webex | Supported |
### Retrieving Past Notes
You can view all your past meetings and summaries from the Calendar tab, or ask in chat:
```
Show me the notes from yesterday's meeting.
```
```
What action items came out of this week's team sync?
```
```
Find my meeting with the design team from last Tuesday.
```
Send the bot a few minutes early so it's ready when the call begins. You can also ask it to share the summary afterward: "Send the meeting notes to the team Slack channel."
***
## Meetings Without the Bot
Your intern doesn't need to attend a meeting to be useful. You can brief it before and debrief it after:
```
I just got out of a meeting. Here's what happened: [paste notes]. What follow-ups should I send?
```
```
Draft a follow-up email to the Acme team based on what we discussed — focus on the pricing proposal.
```
***
## Asking About Specific Events
```
What time is my next meeting?
```
```
Who's coming to the Friday all-hands?
```
```
Can you check if I'm free at 4pm on Thursday?
```
```
Block two hours tomorrow morning for deep work.
```
Your intern can read your calendar, describe events, and suggest free time — but only writes to your calendar if you explicitly ask it to.
# My Day Overview
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/overview
Your daily command center — action items, calendar, scheduled tasks, and daily reports, organized into tabs.
My Day surfaces everything that needs your attention today. It's organized into tabs — a sidebar on desktop, a tab bar on mobile — so you can move between your action items, calendar, scheduled tasks, and daily reports without leaving the page.
## The Tabs
Items your intern surfaces for your attention — content drafts, emails to reply to, alerts,
and your todos. This is the default tab.
Your upcoming events, with one-click meeting attendance for your intern's bot.
The recurring and one-off work your intern runs on a schedule.
Today's recap of what your intern did for you, with time-saved metrics.
On desktop, the tabs live in a collapsible sidebar on the left. On mobile, they appear as a
horizontal tab bar at the top. Each tab keeps its own URL (`?tab=...`), so you can bookmark or
share a specific view.
***
## Action Items
The default tab. Your intern lists items it has brought to your attention — things it proactively noticed, or drafts and tasks it has prepared for your review.
Common examples:
* A social media comment draft ready for you to approve or edit
* An email awaiting a reply
* A commitment you made in a meeting ("I'll send that over by Friday")
* A follow-up from a task that completed
Your [todos and reminders](/my-day/todos-and-reminders) also appear here — use the type filter to see just todos.
From this tab you can review each item and **Mark done** (completed items can be restored with **Back to active**), and use the date picker to look back at previous days. See [Action Items](/my-day/action-items) for the full breakdown.
***
## Calendar
Your schedule, with each event showing the title, time, and a **Join** button for meetings with a supported video link. You can also toggle **Auto-join** to have your intern automatically join all accepted meetings as they start.
See [Calendar & Meetings](/my-day/calendar-and-meetings) for setup and supported platforms.
***
## Scheduled Tasks
A view of the recurring and scheduled work your intern runs — what ran, what's coming up, and the status of each task. The same information is available in the full **My Intern → Scheduled Tasks** page; see [Scheduled Tasks](/tasks).
***
## Daily Reports
Today's recap: a generated summary of what your intern handled, plus metrics like emails processed, meetings summarized, and estimated time saved. You can also set the delivery time for your daily report here. For the full history and details, see [Reports](/report).
***
## Time Tracker (Beta)
Agents enrolled in the beta program see an additional **Time Tracker** tab for tracking time spent on work.
***
## Interacting from Chat vs. My Day
Everything on My Day can also be handled in chat. My Day is for a quick visual scan; chat is for nuance, follow-ups, and anything that needs more back-and-forth.
| My Day | Chat equivalent |
| ---------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| Approve an action item | `Approve the follow-up to Jake` |
| See your todos | `What do I have on my todo list?` |
| Check your calendar | `What's on my calendar today?` |
| Join a meeting | `Join my 3pm call and take notes` |
My Day is a snapshot, not a full inbox. For deeper searches — "find all emails from Jake last
month" or "show me every action item I dismissed this week" — use chat.
# Time Tracker
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/time-tracker
The Time Tracker is currently in **Beta**. Behavior and the interface may change.
The Time Tracker lets you log time directly from your home screen and have SuperIntern keep a running tally of your work. Time is recorded in **units**, where you define how many minutes make up one unit, so the tracker can fit whatever billing or reporting cadence you already use.
## What the Time Tracker Does
The Time Tracker turns your home screen into a lightweight time log. Once enabled, you can record time against your work in units, and SuperIntern keeps the totals so you don't have to track them by hand. Because one unit is configurable, the tracker adapts to how you bill or report — whether that's 6-minute increments, 15-minute blocks, or full hours.
## Getting Started
The Time Tracker is invite-only during Beta. [Contact us](/contact) to enroll your agent — you'll need your **agent ID** ready so we can turn the feature on for you.
Install the [Time Tracker skill](https://app.superintern.ai/skill/time-tracker). You can either open that link and install it directly, or just ask SuperIntern to install it for you:
```
Install the Time Tracker Official skill.
```
After installing the skill, choose how many minutes count as one unit. You can set this by talking to SuperIntern, or adjust it in the UI. If you skip this step, the default is used.
```
Set one time-tracking unit to 15 minutes.
```
## Configuration
You can change how many minutes make up one unit at any time. Ask SuperIntern to update it, or change the unit setting directly in the Time Tracker UI on your home screen.
The Time Tracker is closely tied to your **timezone** setting, since entries are recorded against your local day. Your timezone is usually auto-detected from your browser, but you can review and manually adjust it anytime in [Settings → Info](https://app.superintern.ai/dashboard/settings?tab=info). If your tracked times look off, check that your timezone is correct.
## Export to CSV / Sheet
You can export your tracked time for billing, reporting, or sharing. Ask SuperIntern to export your entries, or use the export option in the Time Tracker UI on your home screen.
```
Export my tracked time to CSV.
```
The export includes your logged entries with their dates, durations, and unit totals, so you can open it in a spreadsheet or hand it off without re-entering anything.
# Todos & Reminders
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/my-day/todos-and-reminders
Create todos and set one-time or recurring reminders — SuperIntern tracks them on your My Day page and delivers nudges at exactly the right time.
Todos and reminders are the simplest way to make sure nothing slips. Tell your intern once and it keeps track — showing items on your My Day page and nudging you at the right moment in the right channel.
***
## Creating a Todo
Todos are items you want to track without a specific time attached:
```
Add a todo: review the Q3 roadmap doc.
```
```
Remember to follow up with Sarah about the contract.
```
```
Add to my list: update the project brief before Thursday.
```
Your intern adds the item and shows it on your My Day page. It stays there until you mark it done or dismiss it.
***
## Setting a Reminder
Reminders are time-bound — your intern fires a notification at the moment you specify, in whichever chat channel you're using.
Just say when and what:
```
Remind me to send the weekly report tomorrow at 9am.
```
```
Set a reminder for next Monday at 3pm: review the product roadmap.
```
```
Remind me in 2 hours to check on the deploy.
```
Your intern confirms the reminder and fires it at the right time, right in your active chat channel (Telegram, Discord, WeChat, or web).
***
## Recurring Reminders
Reminders can repeat on a schedule:
```
Remind me every weekday at 8:30am to check my inbox.
```
```
On the 1st of every month, remind me to send the billing summary.
```
```
Every Friday at 5pm, remind me to update the team on what I shipped.
```
```
Every Sunday night, remind me to plan my week.
```
Recurring reminders keep firing until you explicitly cancel them.
***
## Managing Your List
### Checking what's on your list
```
What todos do I have?
```
```
What reminders do I have coming up?
```
```
Show me everything due this week.
```
### Marking items done
```
Mark the roadmap review as done.
```
```
I finished the contract follow-up with Sarah.
```
### Editing items
```
Change the roadmap reminder to Tuesday at 10am.
```
```
Move the billing summary reminder to the 5th of the month.
```
```
Update my todo about the project brief — it's due Friday now, not Thursday.
```
### Cancelling reminders
```
Cancel my reminder about the weekly report.
```
```
Remove the Monday 3pm reminder.
```
```
Clear all my reminders for this week.
```
### Snoozing
```
Snooze the deploy reminder for 30 minutes.
```
```
Remind me about the roadmap again tomorrow morning.
```
***
## How They Appear on My Day
Active todos and upcoming reminders are listed alongside your action items in the **Action Items** tab of [My Day](/my-day/overview). To see just todos, set the type filter at the top of the tab to **Todos**. Each item shows:
* The todo or reminder text
* Its due date or scheduled time (for reminders)
* Its current status (pending, due soon, overdue)
Completed items roll off automatically. Overdue items stay visible and are flagged so they don't get buried.
***
## Todos vs. Tasks
* **Todos & reminders** are lightweight — a nudge at a time, or a checkbox to tick off.
* **[Scheduled Tasks](/tasks)** are tracked or recurring work your intern runs on a calendar and can tie to multi-step workflows.
Your intern often infers which you mean. "Remind me to follow up with Sarah next week" may create both a reminder and a task when that makes sense — a nudge at the right time plus an open item your intern tracks.
If you're unsure which to use: start with a todo. Upgrade to a task if you need your intern to actively manage it or involve other tools.
***
## Timezone
Reminders use the timezone set in your account. If no timezone is set, it defaults to UTC.
```
Set my timezone to Singapore.
```
```
What timezone are my reminders in?
```
Reminders are delivered to whichever channel you were using when you created them. Connected via Telegram? Reminders arrive as Telegram messages. Using the web app? They show up there.
For the most reliable reminder delivery, we recommend connecting Telegram. Telegram notifications arrive instantly even when you're away from the web app. You can connect it in [Integrations](/integrations/third-party).
***
## Tips for Getting the Most Out of Reminders
* **Capture loose ends immediately.** If something comes up in a meeting, tell your intern right then: "Remind me to follow up with Jake on the pricing doc — Friday at noon." You don't need to remember to set the reminder later.
* **Use recurring reminders for habits.** Weekly reviews, monthly reports, daily check-ins — set them once and let your intern handle the nudge.
* **Let your intern infer.** You don't need precise language. "Remind me to look at Sarah's proposal sometime tomorrow morning" works fine.
# Reports
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/report
Use Reports to review your daily recap, see what SuperIntern handled for you, and track estimated time saved across email, meetings, social posts, and scheduled tasks.
Reports show what SuperIntern handled for you on a given day. Instead of piecing together activity from email, meetings, social tools, and scheduled tasks, you get one daily recap with metrics, an estimated time-saved total, and, when available, an AI-generated daily report.
Open **My Intern → Reports** from the web app, or use the **Daily Reports** tab of [My Day](/my-day/overview) for today's recap, then choose **View all reports** for the full Reports page.
## What Reports Show
A date-based view of what SuperIntern handled that day.
An estimated total based on activity across email, meetings, social posts, and scheduled tasks.
A breakdown of recorded work, such as emails handled, meetings summarized, contacts added, posts published, and scheduled tasks completed.
A daily, weekly, or monthly trend view for comparing estimated time saved over time.
## Daily Report Delivery
SuperIntern can save a structured daily report when the daily report workflow runs. In **My Day → Daily Reports**, you can see today's report when one exists and adjust the nightly delivery time shown there.
The daily report workflow is a scheduled heartbeat. Its default time is 10:00 PM in your local timezone, and it must be enabled or created before generated report text appears. When it runs, SuperIntern reviews context from today's notes, chats, meetings, calendar events, completed todos, actions, and workflow tasks. It saves the report so you can review it later from the Reports page or the Telegram Mini App reports link.
## Choose a Date
Reports are organized by date. Use the date picker to switch days with recorded activity. If there is no activity for a date, the page shows that no data was recorded.
Reports become more useful as you connect more tools. Email, calendar and meeting tools, social accounts, contacts, and scheduled tasks all contribute to the recap.
## How Time Saved Is Calculated
The time saved number is an estimate. It is calculated from the work SuperIntern completed or helped with:
| Activity | Estimate |
| ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| Emails read | 10 seconds saved per email |
| AI-drafted emails sent | 10 minutes saved per sent email |
| Meetings summarized | 15 minutes saved per hour of meeting |
| LinkedIn / X posts sent | 15 minutes saved per post |
| Scheduled tasks completed | 5 minutes saved per completed scheduled task |
Contacts added are shown in the activity breakdown, but they are not currently included in the time-saved total. The calculation is meant to give you a directional sense of how much routine work your intern absorbed. It is not a billing metric.
## What Counts Toward Reports
* **Email** — messages read and AI-drafted emails that were sent.
* **Meetings** — meetings summarized and meeting minutes processed.
* **Contacts** — contacts captured from emails and meetings. These are shown in the breakdown but do not yet add to estimated time saved.
* **Scheduled tasks** — background tasks completed by your intern.
* **Social posts** — LinkedIn and X/Twitter posts published through connected tools.
## Ask for a Recap in Chat
You can also ask SuperIntern to summarize recent activity conversationally:
```
What did you do for me today?
```
```
Summarize this week so far.
```
```
What changed while I was away yesterday?
```
For recurring background work, see [Scheduled Tasks](/tasks). For meeting-specific notes, see [Calendar & Meetings](/my-day/calendar-and-meetings).
# How to Create a Skill
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/skills/how-to-create
Build a custom SuperIntern skill — define its name, description, instructions, and tools, then test, refine, and optionally share it with others.
You can build a custom skill through the SuperIntern web app — no code required. A good skill packages a clear goal, the right instructions, and the tools it needs into a reusable ability.
Open **My Intern → Skills → Create New Skill** from the web app. You can also open **My Intern → Skills → Creator Center** to manage skills you have already created.
## Anatomy of a Skill
Every skill has four parts:
| Part | What It Does |
| ---------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Name** | How you invoke it ("the LinkedIn skill") |
| **Description** | Tells your intern when to reach for it |
| **Instructions** | The rules and voice it follows when it runs |
| **Tools** | The integrations and actions it's allowed to use |
## Build It Step by Step
In the web app, go to **My Intern → Skills → Create New Skill**. The Skill Creator opens a guided chat — describe what you want the skill to do, and it helps you build it step by step, including the name and description. The description is what your intern uses to decide when the skill applies, so be specific.
Describe exactly how the skill should behave — its goal, tone, formatting, and any hard rules. Treat it like onboarding a specialist.
*Example:* "Draft LinkedIn posts in a casual first-person voice. Always lead with a hook, keep under 1,300 characters, and end with one question."
Grant only the integrations the skill needs (for example, the LinkedIn and web search tools). Fewer tools means more predictable behavior.
Use the **Test** tab to try the skill before relying on it in regular chat. Refine the instructions based on what you get back.
```
Use the new skill to draft a post about our funding announcement.
```
Use the skill settings to install the skill to your SuperIntern. Once installed, it appears in chat and can be used for scheduled tasks.
Keep the skill private, or submit it for publishing so others can install it from the Skill Hub.
## Viewing Your Created Skills
Every skill you've built lives in **My Intern → Skills → Creator Center**. From there you can edit, duplicate, or delete a skill, switch it between private and published, and track earnings from published skills under the **Earnings** tab.
## Refining a Skill
You can update instructions any time, in the app or in chat:
```
Add to the research skill rules: always cite sources with publication dates.
```
Start narrow. A skill that does one thing well beats a sprawling one that tries to do everything. Add scope only after the core works.
Once published to the Skill Hub, your skill appears in the [Public Skills](/skills/official-skills) library for others to install — and you earn revenue from their usage, tracked in the Creator Center's **Earnings** tab.
# Official Skills
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/skills/official-skills

## Installing an Official Skill
Browse and install from **My Intern → Skills → Public Skills** in the web app, or just ask:
```
Show me the official skills available.
```
```
Install the Google Calendar skill.
```
## Official vs. Custom
* **Official skills** are maintained by SuperIntern, tested, and updated automatically.
* **Custom skills** are ones you build yourself — see [How to Create a Skill](/skills/how-to-create).
The official library grows regularly. Follow the [Changelog](/changelog) to see new skills as they ship.
# What Is a Skill
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/skills/what-is-a-skill
Skills are installable modules that give SuperIntern new abilities — each is a focused specialist you can discover, install, configure, use, and remove.
Skills are modules that give SuperIntern specialized abilities. Each skill has its own instructions, tool access, and domain focus — posting to LinkedIn, deep research, customer support, and more.
## Why Skills Exist
Your intern is capable out of the box, but skills let you specialize it without bloating every conversation. Install only what you need, and your intern automatically reaches for the right skill when a request calls for it.
Examples of what a skill can do:
* A **LinkedIn skill** that drafts and schedules posts in your brand voice
* A **Research skill** that pulls from multiple sources and formats a report
* A **Customer Support skill** that answers common questions with your replies
* A **Code Review skill** that checks PRs and leaves structured feedback
## Installing a Skill
Open **My Intern → Skills → Public Skills** to browse the Skill Hub. You can search, filter by category, open a skill detail page, and install a skill from there. You can also ask SuperIntern to find or install a skill:
```
Search for a LinkedIn content skill.
```
```
Install the skill with ID abc123.
```
Once installed, the ability is part of your intern immediately.
## Using a Skill
Installed skills appear in chat as selectable skill chips. SuperIntern can route requests to the right installed skill, and you can also invoke one directly:
```
Use the LinkedIn skill to write a post about our product launch.
```
```
Run the research skill on "AI agents in enterprise workflows".
```
## Customizing a Skill
Open **My Intern → Skills → Installed Skills** to search your installed skills, open connection settings, or uninstall a skill. You can also add custom behavior through chat:
```
Update the LinkedIn skill: always write casual, first-person, no corporate jargon.
```
## Managing Skills
Everything you've installed lives in **My Intern → Skills → Installed Skills**, where you can search, configure, or remove each skill.
You can also manage skills from chat:
```
What skills do I have installed?
```
```
Uninstall the research skill.
```
You can have up to 20 skills installed at once.
## Skills in the Web App
* **Public Skills** — browse the Skill Hub, search by keyword, filter by category, and install skills.
* **Installed Skills** — manage skills already connected to your SuperIntern.
* **Creator Center** — view skills you created, edit, duplicate, delete, and review earnings.
* **Create New Skill** — build a new skill in the no-code editor.
Want to build your own? See [How to Create a Skill](/skills/how-to-create).
# Quickstart
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/start-here/onboarding
Set up SuperIntern in a few minutes: name your intern, connect your calendar and tools, choose a plan, connect Telegram, and tell SuperIntern what you want help with.
SuperIntern is an AI intern that plugs into your calendar, inbox, meetings, chats, and daily tools. Once set up, it can prepare you for meetings, take notes, draft follow-ups, track tasks, and remind you when something needs attention.
## Set Up SuperIntern
Go to [superintern.ai](https://superintern.ai) and sign in. After your account is created, SuperIntern opens a guided setup flow and welcomes you to start delegating.
Give your intern a name and choose an avatar. This name appears in the app and is how you will refer to your intern when delegating work.
Connect Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar. This helps SuperIntern plan your day, understand upcoming meetings, and join calls when needed. You can also skip this step for now.
After your calendar is connected, SuperIntern syncs your upcoming events and checks for your next meeting. If a supported meeting is found, you can invite SuperIntern to join, take notes, summarize decisions and action items, and draft a follow-up email.
Add tools you want SuperIntern to act across. During onboarding, the first tools are Gmail, Outlook Mail, Notion, X/Twitter, and LinkedIn. You can connect one or more, or skip this step and add tools later.
Pick a Starter plan or continue with the free plan. Paid plan options are monthly, 3 months, and yearly, and you can change your plan later from billing settings.
Connect Telegram if you want to send quick messages, voice notes, photos, and receive reminders from your phone. You can also skip this step and use the web app first.
Select the main ways you want to use SuperIntern, such as managing emails, taking meeting notes and handling follow-ups, managing todos and reminders, writing social posts, saving time with AI automation, or using AI in messaging apps. Then continue into the app.
## What Starts Working
Once setup is complete, SuperIntern can begin helping across the areas you connected.
| Area | What SuperIntern Can Do |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Calendar | Read your schedule, answer questions about upcoming events, and help schedule or move meetings. |
| Meetings | Join supported meeting links, take notes, summarize decisions, create action items, and draft follow-ups. |
| Email | Draft replies, surface important messages, and help you follow up without starting from a blank page. |
| Tasks & reminders | Turn requests into todos, reminders, and tracked action items. |
| Social & knowledge tools | Draft content, track relevant activity, and keep connected workspaces updated. |
SuperIntern only works with tools you connect and permissions you grant. You can disconnect integrations at any time.
## Try These First
After setup, try asking for something real:
```
What's on my calendar tomorrow?
```
```
Prep me for my next meeting.
```
```
Remind me to review the Q2 report tomorrow at 9am.
```
```
Draft a reply to John's email saying I'll be 10 minutes late.
```
## Make It More Personal
SuperIntern gets better when it knows how you work. Send a short message like this:
```
I'm a founder in Singapore. My work hours are 9am to 6pm.
I care most about investor updates, hiring, and customer follow-ups.
Help me stay on top of email, meetings, and reminders.
```
Useful details to share:
* Your role, company, and timezone
* Your working hours and meeting preferences
* Which contacts or projects are most important
* What kinds of emails should be urgent
* Which meetings SuperIntern should join or skip
* How you prefer follow-ups to sound
## What's Next
The biggest unlock for proactive meeting prep, notes, and reminders.
Add email, productivity tools, social accounts, and team platforms.
Learn what we store, how we protect it, and how you control your data.
Delegate from the web app once setup is complete.
# Other Connections
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/start-here/other-connections
Connect email, calendar, productivity tools, social accounts, and chat platforms so SuperIntern can act across the apps you already use.
Every connection gives SuperIntern more context and more places where it can help. Start with the tools you use every day, then add more as your workflows grow.
## Recommended During Onboarding
These are the first tools SuperIntern recommends during setup:
Draft replies, flag important messages, and help you follow up without opening a blank compose window.
Bring the same inbox help to Outlook, including draft replies, reminders, and follow-up support.
Turn notes, ideas, and conversations into organized pages and project trackers.
Track conversations, draft posts, and turn social activity into reports.
Draft professional posts, monitor relevant conversations, and keep your presence active.
You can skip this step during onboarding and connect tools later.
## More Connections
After setup, open **Integrations** to connect more services. The page is split between general integrations and chat platforms.
| Category | Examples | Common Uses |
| ------------------------------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Email & calendar | Gmail, Outlook Mail, Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar | Draft replies, schedule meetings, prepare for calls. |
| Productivity & developer tools | Notion, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, GitHub, and more through the integration catalog | Search context, update docs, track project work. |
| Social | X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more through the integration catalog | Draft posts, monitor activity, generate reports. |
| Chat platforms | Telegram, Discord, Slack, WeChat, iMessage | Delegate from chat, receive reminders, work with groups. |
## How Connecting Works
Go to **Integrations** from the web app.
Pick the native platform you want to connect, or search the third-party integration catalog for additional services.
Complete the provider's OAuth or connection flow. SuperIntern only receives the permissions needed for that integration.
Once connected, the matching abilities become available to your intern.
## Connect More Than One Account
You can connect multiple accounts where supported. For example, you may use one email account for work and another for personal scheduling.
When the account matters, say which one to use:
```
Send from my work email: schedule a sync with the sales team Thursday.
## Disconnect Anytime
You can revoke connected tools from Integrations or account settings. Disconnecting a tool stops SuperIntern from using that account for future actions.
For the full catalog, see [Integrations Overview](/integrations/overview). For data handling details, see [Privacy & Security](/start-here/privacy-and-security).
# Privacy & Security
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/start-here/privacy-and-security
How SuperIntern protects your data, handles connected tools, limits internal access, and gives you control over deletion, retention, and integrations.
SuperIntern is designed to work inside sensitive tools like email, calendar, meetings, and chat. That means security and data control are part of the product, not an afterthought.
## Core Principles
SuperIntern uses your data to complete your tasks. We do not sell your data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Cached integration data receives an additional encryption layer.
Internal access is restricted. For debugging, support should be scoped to the specific session or issue.
You choose which tools to connect and can disconnect them later.
## Encryption & Infrastructure
* **In transit** — communication is protected with TLS 1.2+.
* **At rest** — stored data is encrypted with AES-256.
* **Sensitive integration data** — tokens and cached platform data are protected with additional encryption where applicable.
* **Infrastructure** — SuperIntern runs on Google Cloud with access controls and operational monitoring.
For the most complete legal and compliance language, refer to the public Security & Privacy page and Privacy Policy on the SuperIntern website.
## What We Store
| Data Type | Why It Exists | How Long It Is Kept |
| ------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Account information | Sign-in, billing, preferences, and account management | For the lifetime of your account, plus legally required retention where applicable |
| Chat history | Conversation continuity, context, and user-requested task execution | For the lifetime of your account unless deleted; older conversations may be removed by retention rules |
| Memories | Personalization and better future responses | Until deleted or updated |
| Calendar and meeting data | Meeting prep, notes, reminders, and follow-up workflows | Based on product retention rules and user deletion controls |
| Integration tokens | Acting on connected services with your permission | Until you disconnect the integration |
| Task execution logs | Debugging, reliability, security, and product operation | Up to 12 months where needed for debugging, security monitoring, fraud prevention, and service improvement |
## What We Do Not Do
* We do not sell your personal data.
* We do not use your prompts or conversations to train AI models unless explicitly stated otherwise.
* We do not ask for passwords to connected services.
* We do not take actions in connected apps unless the action is part of your instruction, enabled automation, or configured workflow.
## Connected Tool Security
Most integrations use OAuth or a provider-specific authorization flow. SuperIntern stores the access needed to operate the integration, not your account password.
You can disconnect tools from the web app. Disconnecting a tool stops SuperIntern from using that account for future actions.
## Data Controls
You can manage data and privacy from the web app:
* **Connected tools** — open **Integrations** to connect or disconnect services.
* **Privacy & data controls** — open **Settings → Account → Privacy & Data** to delete old data or delete all supported stored data for your account.
* **Individual chat sessions** — delete conversations from the chat/session list when available.
* **Memories** — ask SuperIntern to forget specific information, or manage memory from the relevant memory/knowledge surfaces when available.
* **Account deletion or data deletion requests** — use account privacy settings or contact support.
Deletion may be permanent. Some billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where required by law.
## Reporting Security Issues
If you find a vulnerability, report it responsibly to [security@superintern.ai](mailto:security@superintern.ai). We respond to all reports promptly. For privacy questions, data deletion help, or enterprise compliance requirements, contact [support@superintern.ai](mailto:support@superintern.ai).
# Why Connect Your Calendar
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/start-here/why-calendar
Your calendar gives SuperIntern the context it needs to understand your schedule, prepare for meetings, join supported calls, create notes, and keep your day moving.
Your calendar is the best first connection because it tells SuperIntern what is happening, when it matters, and who is involved. Without a calendar, SuperIntern can still answer messages and run tasks. With a calendar, it can become proactive.
## What Calendar Access Unlocks
SuperIntern can see upcoming events and answer questions about your day.
It can prepare context before calls, including attendees, timing, and relevant follow-ups.
Pair calendar access with the meeting bot to join supported Google Meet, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams meeting links, take notes, and generate summaries.
After meetings, SuperIntern can turn decisions into action items and draft follow-up emails.
## Supported Calendars
SuperIntern supports:
* **Google Calendar** for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts
* **Outlook Calendar** for Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts
During onboarding, you can connect either one. You can also add or remove calendar access later from integrations or the Meetings page.
## What Happens After You Connect
After your calendar is connected, SuperIntern checks your upcoming meetings and shows a preview of what it can do.
SuperIntern syncs upcoming events from your connected calendars so it can understand your next meetings.
If a meeting is coming up, SuperIntern shows the event, time, and meeting platform when available.
You can invite SuperIntern to join supported Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams meeting links, take notes, and summarize the meeting afterward.
After the meeting, SuperIntern can produce notes, decisions, action items, and a follow-up email draft for your review.
If you do not have an upcoming meeting during setup, that is fine. SuperIntern will be ready when your next meeting appears on your calendar.
## Ask Your Calendar
Try these after connecting:
```
What's on my calendar tomorrow?
```
```
Prep me for my next meeting.
```
```
Schedule a 30-minute sync with the design team Thursday afternoon.
```
```
Move my 2pm meeting to 4pm and let the attendees know.
```
## Privacy Notes
Calendar access is used to help SuperIntern answer scheduling questions, prepare for meetings, and take meeting-related actions you request. You can disconnect calendar access at any time.
For more details, see [Privacy & Security](/start-here/privacy-and-security).
# Scheduled Tasks
Source: https://docs.superintern.ai/tasks
Use Scheduled Tasks to create, review, run, and manage routine work in a day, week, or month view.
Scheduled Tasks is the calendar view for work SuperIntern runs over time. It brings together one-time tasks, recurring workflow runs, and connected Google Calendar events so you can see what happened, what is coming next, and what needs attention.
Open **My Intern → Scheduled Tasks** from the web app. You can also open **My Day → Scheduled Tasks** for a focused list for the selected day, then choose **View all scheduled** to open the full calendar page.
## What You Can See
View scheduled work by day, week, or month.
See whether a task is scheduled, ready, running, retrying, done, or failed.
Filter scheduled work by the installed skill or automation that created it.
Sync and display Google Calendar events alongside intern tasks.
## Calendar Views
Use the view switcher to move between:
* **Day** — focus on today's tasks and calendar events.
* **Week** — review the current work week.
* **Month** — see upcoming scheduled work at a higher level.
Click a date or use **Task** to create scheduled work for a specific time. All times are shown in your account timezone; if your browser timezone differs, the page can warn you and let you switch.
## Task Status
Scheduled Tasks uses color-coded statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
| --------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------- |
| Scheduled | The task has been created for a future time. |
| Done | The task completed successfully. |
| Ready | The task is scheduled and waiting to run. |
| Running | SuperIntern is currently working on it. |
| Retrying | SuperIntern is retrying the task after an earlier attempt. |
| Failed | The task did not complete and may need review. |
| Google Calendar | A synced calendar event, not an intern task. |
Open a task to review details, edit the prompt or schedule, retry failed work, delete the task, or view execution results. From **My Day → Scheduled Tasks**, you can also toggle a task on or off and use **Run now** to create an immediate test run without waiting for the next scheduled time.
## Filter by Skill
If you have automation-capable skills installed, Scheduled Tasks can filter the calendar by skill. This helps you answer questions like:
```
Show only the tasks created by my LinkedIn skill.
```
```
What scheduled work is coming from my email assistant?
```
## Sync Calendar Events
If Google Calendar is connected, use **Sync Google** to refresh calendar events. Calendar events appear next to intern tasks so you can compare routine work with your actual schedule.
For setup details, see [Why Connect Your Calendar](/start-here/why-calendar).
## Create Scheduled Work
You can create scheduled work from the page, from the My Day quick-start card, or by asking SuperIntern in chat:
```
Every Monday morning, summarize my unread investor emails and send me a digest.
```
```
Create a task to check our LinkedIn comments every weekday at 5pm.
```
```
Run the weekly report workflow every Friday afternoon.
```
Scheduled tasks can be one-off tasks or recurring automations. They may also be attached to workflows created by skills.
When you create a task in the web app, you choose:
* **Title** — the name that appears on the calendar.
* **Action / Prompt** — what SuperIntern should do when the task runs.
* **Skill** — SuperIntern by default, or another installed skill.
* **Time** — when the first run should happen.
* **Repeat** — optional recurrence.
Repeat supports daily, weekly, monthly, custom days of the week, interval-based schedules, and every-N-days schedules. You can also set an optional end date.
## Delivery and Results
Scheduled tasks run in the background through the selected skill. Results appear on the task's **Results** tab after execution.
For scheduled updates you do not want to miss, connect Telegram. The My Day onboarding card prompts you to connect Telegram first because scheduled task updates are delivered there; if Telegram disconnects, tasks can still run, but results will not be delivered until you reconnect.
Use Scheduled Tasks for routine work that should happen on a calendar. Use [Todos & Reminders](/my-day/todos-and-reminders) for personal follow-ups and reminders that simply need to surface at the right time.
