Option 1: Configure Mode-only Knowledge

Note: If you want to share the mode, you are recommended to use Mode-only Knowledge in this way.

  1. To configure the knowledge specifically to your mode, go to Knowledge & Data Tab,

  1. Under Knowledge sub-tab, click Create New Knowledge, name the knowledge base, e.g. FAQ knowledge.

  1. Click Manage Knowledge.

  1. Import data with links, text, or files.

  1. For example, under text tab, create the title and paste the text content, e.g. FAQ document.

  1. After creating and uploading, all documents will be automatically indexed in knowledge.
